Southeast Ridge
The southeast ridge is traditionally regarded as Rasac’s normal route.
It is generally assigned an Alpine grade around AD, although route difficulty can change substantially depending on snow, ice, crevasse, cornice, and glacier conditions.
Erwin Schneider climbed Rasac solo in 1936, establishing the first recorded ascent.
